The CEV Champions League Volley quarterfinalist Cucine Lube Civitanova will fight against the semifinalist of the tournament, Sir Sicoma Monini Perugia for the third leg of the Italian SuperLega finals.

After an exciting five-set thriller, the Lube side took a 1-0 lead earlier in the series. Showing the victory was not a coincidence; they again overpowered Perugia without losing a set this time and increased their advantage by one match.

Therefore, if Lube wins this battle as well, they will succeed in defending their title and take the national championship. On the other side, it will be the last chance for Perugia to keep their hope alive and extend the final stage to the fourth match. Being aware of these facts, both teams will definitely put a great effort on the court and push their limits.

The defending CEV Champions League Volley titleholder Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kedzierzyn-Kozle will meet the reigning domestic league champion Jastrzebski Wegiel for the second match in the Polish PlusLiga final phase.

Even though each set was contentious in the first battle, ZAKSA had no difficulties winning the clash by a clear score of 3-0. Thanks to the victory, they also started the finals with a 1-0 lead.

Therefore, ZAKSA will once again try to do their best to repeat the result of the first match and open the gap by two matches. As Jastrzebski know that things will get more complicated if they lose this match, they will seek a victory.
