Eight countries to host #CEVContinentalCup first phase on the #RoadToTokyo
2018-2020 CEV Beach Volleyball Continental Cup

Luxembourg, December 18, 2018. Eight countries, eight venues and a lot of enthusiasm to start chasing the Olympic dream on the road that takes to Tokyo 2020. The 2018-2020 CEV Beach Volleyball Continental Cup will get underway in May and June of next year with eight first-round events spreading the Olympic ‘spirit’ to nations as diverse as Croatia, Cyprus, England, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Slovenia and Serbia.

The first stage of the CEV Beach Volleyball Continental Cup will be taking place at the following venues:
-    Zagreb (CRO), venue TBC
-    Finikoudes Beach, Larnaca (CYP)
-    Feel Good Too Centre, London (ENG)
-    Batumi Beach Sport Stadium, Batumi (GEO)
-    Karavi Sports Club, Schinias (GRE)
-    Bettystown Beach, Bettystown (IRL)
-    Portoroz (SLO)
-    Novi Sad (SRB)   

Portoroz will officially open the CEV Beach Volleyball Continental Cup on May 11-12 followed by the events in Larnaca and London two weeks later (May 25-26). The Olympic qualifying event will visit Ireland for the very first time on June 1-2 stopping in Bettystown, 40km north of Dublin City Centre, before Novi Sad follows suit a week later. Croatia and Greece will be playing host to their respective events on June 22-23 before Batumi and Georgia wrap it up in late June for yet another historic competition on the shores of the Black Sea.
