Graphic Design & Network Support Coordinator (M/F)

Job overview:

As a member of the CEV team working across the Sport Events and IT Departments, the Graphic Design & Network Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for:

Graphics

  • CEV diverse Guidelines & Graphics production
  • Preparation of marketing related matters (technical part) for Organiser Agreements, Sponsors contracts and all official documents
  • Provide assistance to the Organiser of CEV events, Clubs and National federations
  • Logos and graphics producing for different purposes and use
  • Layouts managing for diverse graphics (logos, court layouts, backdrops, podiums, ID cards, posters, brochures)
  • Infographic production on demand
  • Approvals of graphics and all promotional material produced by CEV Competitions Organisers
  • Cooperation with the Communications department (when applicable)
  • Producing of CEV PowerPoint presentations for various purposes

Network Support

  • Assist the IT Manager
  • Act as helpdesk and first point of contact for all users for software and hardware
  • Maintenance of existing software and hardware devices
  • Create and update the documentation and procedures database
  • Inventory

The Graphic Design & Network Support Coordinator will report to the CEV IT Manager with a dotted line to the Graphics & Branding Coordinator as member of the CEV staff.

Profile required:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Graphics industry
  • BA or equivalent in Graphic Design or IT / Computer Science
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Infrastructure management
  • Experience in international work environments and intercultural communication an additional asset

Skills:

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, ...)
  • Professional knowledge of computer tools, web and layout design are compulsory
  • Experience in video post-production editing, pictures management and editing
  • Innovative and creative thinking in relation to graphics
  • IT Infrastructure knowledge
    • The different OS from Microsoft, Mac and Linux (Workstations)
    • Windows and Linux servers' environment (AD, SCCM, TS, Exchange, DAG, SQL)
    • Network management and security (Firewall, VOIP)
    • Microsoft applications and products (Office, Skype)
