For the second consecutive year, the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour transformed Ribersborg Beach into an international Beach Volleyball arena, welcoming 24 teams from around the world for four days of elite competition in front of enthusiastic crowds.

Teams from the Netherlands, Sweden, and Norway composed the podium after four days of action in Malmö

Despite two late withdrawals of Swedish stars David Åhman and Elmer Andersson due to injury, the host nation fielded a strong line-up with several newly formed teams. The last-minute pairings proved highly competitive, with world number one Jacob Hölting Nilsson and his partner Alfred Mjörnheim reaching the gold medal match after a remarkable run through the tournament.

In the final, the Dutch pair Sam van der Loo and Mees Sengers claimed the title after a thrilling three-set victory over Hölting Nilsson/Mjörnheim (21-17, 24-26, 15-13). Sebastian and Jonah Lyngaas Kjemperud of Norway completed the podium by defeating Sweden’s Theodor Grahn and Linus Isaksson in the bronze medal match. Grahn/Isaksson finished fourth after another impressive performance on home sand, while five Swedish teams reached the knockout stage on home soil.

Large crowds came together for the second edition of the Pro Tour event in Malmö

Beyond the action on court, Beach Pro Tour Malmö once again attracted strong crowds and created a vibrant festival atmosphere at Ribersborg Beach. With several of the world’s best players in attendance – including half of the current world No. 1 and No. 2 teams – the second edition of the event further strengthened Malmö's reputation as a host of world-class Beach Volleyball.
