Huge Clash in Poland Between #CLVolleyM Clubs, Top Two Will Face Off in Italy and Türkiye

This weekend, just before the fifth round of the #CLVolleyM Group Stage, the most elite squads of Europe will hold challenging battles in their domestic leagues: In Poland, two #CLVolleyM teams Warszawa and Zawiercie will face off, while in Italy and Türkiye the top two clubs in the overall standings will take the court against each other.

Without a doubt, one of the most anticipated games of the weekend will be played in Poland, between two CEV Champions League Volley contenders, PGE Projekt Warszawa and Aluron CMC Warta-Zawiercie. Perugia is currently at the top of the standings with a perfect record of 15-0. Their closest follower, Trentino side have collected 36 points with 12 victories so far. The result of the game might not change the ranks, but it is surely important to close or increase the gap, and the mental advantage over each other.

A similar case will be held in Türkiye as well. One of the #CLVolleyM teams of the country, Halkbank Ankara will host Ziraat Bankasi Ankara in the 15th round of the Turkish Efeler League. Both teams have suffered only 2 defeats prior to this week, and Ziraat Bankasi side is in the leader position by having six more points. The leader will not change independent of the result, but if Halkbank loses the game, there is a huge possibility for them in the sense of dropping to a lower rank in the charts.
