Savino Del Bene Scandicci wins their first-ever #ChallengeCupW trophy

Savino Del Bene Scandicci are the new #ChallengeCupW champions! What is safe to say is that they took the title in a complete style winning in three sets (25-12, 25-12, 25-10). The Italians already won the home final match 3:0 and only needed to win two sets to secure the title. And they managed it so easily. 

On the other side of the net was CV Tenerife La Laguna who knew that they need to win 3-0 or 3-1 to go all-in in the golden-set. Savino was, in the end, too strong for this Spanish team and they didn't manage to achieve their goals.

In three "easy" sets Savino Del Bene Scandicci got to their title and it's safe to say that they didn't have a lot of problems during the match itself. They opened up the first set in their advantage (4-1) but soon got to a 13-6 lead. It didn't take long to get to a 23-10 lead which only meant that the first set is soon gonna belong to Italians.

The second set was quite similar to the first one and it ended with the exact same result as the first one (25-12). But, the ending of the second set in favor of Italians meant that they are the #ChallengeCupW champions. They started celebrating immediately and their support from the fans was unbelievable! 

Tenerife La Laguna lost all their energy after that set since they've realized they'd lost the chance to get to the spectacular trophy.

This is the first title and first trophy for Savino Del Bene Scandicci and it was visible how much this win meant to them! MVP of the match was the opposite for Savino Del Bene, Ekaterina Antropova, with 8 spikes and 11 points.
