Türkiye edges out Italy for the U20 Women European Crown! Belgium stuns Poland to get Bronze

The Final of the CEV EuroVolley U20 Women brought head to head the only two teams undefeated in the competition,Turkiye and Italy in a worthy last match for a tournament of the highest level.
Both teams started strong, taking turns at being ahead and it was Italy the one that managed to get an important first set for themselves. Türkiye didn't find their feet in the beginning of the second set but they recovered quickly and took command of the match claiming the second set and with it the confidence to push even more.
After being dominated in the third set, Italy managed to find the resources to win the fourth and force the tie break. It was not enough however, Türkiye was the better team in the fifth set and won the CEV EuroVlley U20 crown.
In the bronze medal match, Belgium stunned Poland to claim the third spot in the competition after the Polish lead 2-1 in sets at a point and seemed to be heading to the podium. The Belgians came back into it and pushed the match into a tie breaker in which they were the better team, despite Poland pushing to keep stay close, especially around the middle point of the set
Top scorer of the match was Belgium's Tea Radovic with 19 points, definitely a match she will not forget for quite a while.
