The Serbian setter achieved great success with the Turkish club, winning among other things one World Club Championship and two CEV Cups.

To play Quarter-finals is a wonderful opportunity for us and for the city, because we have the opportunity to play what is basically a straight match at home. We have to take advantage of the fact that we play at home, given that there will be a huge crowd for this match. We have to play with a lot of patience, knowing that we know each other by now, it's not like we can invent many things, whoever does the most things well for the longest time will go in the semifinals."

We had opportunities in the first set and at the end of the fourth set to close the match, but we weren't able to take advantage. Well done to the girls for fighting until the end, after we had lost the first set. We did well to get back into the game and play some good volleyball, but in the end they won and deserved the success."
