  • A. Carraro Imoco CONEGLIANO and Allianz Vero Volley MILANO will face each other in the Champions League for the second time. A. Carraro Imoco CONEGLIANO beat Allianz Vero Volley MILANO (then known as Vero Volley MONZA) in both legs of the 2021/22 quarter-finals: 3-0 in Monza and 3-1 in Treviso.
  • This will be the fourth all-Italian Champions League final on the women's side, after Edison Volley MODENA versus Caposud REGGIO CALABRIA in 2000/01 (3-0 in Nizhny Tagil), Volley BERGAMO versus Asystel NOVARA in 2004/05 (3-0 in Tenerife) and Igor Gorgonzola NOVARA versus  A. Carraro Imoco CONEGLIANO in 2018/19 (3-1 in Berlin). Note: the 2018/19 runners-up were then known as Imoco Volley CONEGLIANO.
