Perfect start to long Innsbruck BeachEvent weekend

It has become a tradition that the BeachEvent Business Cup opens the annual Innsbruck BeachEvent and so once again Tyrolean companies took to the same stage where a MEVZA zonal event will be taking place later this weekend. 

Business Cup Final at Marktplatz 
The final matches of the BeachEvent Business Cup powered by BASEFIVE were played at the centre court at Innsbruck’s Marktplatz from 4pm. This year’s setting has thus been inaugurated - and one can now look forward to a perfect weekend!

Qualification for MEVZA Innsbruck BeachEvent played - more Austrians in the mix
Next to the Business Cup, the qualification for the MEVZA Innsbruck BeachEvent was played in the afternoon as part of the win2day Beach Volleyball Tour PRO. The organisers welcome the teams Anna Krizova/Lucie Grancaiova (CZE) and Michaela Cyrani/Lucie Knoblochova (CZE) to the women’s Main Draw. Moreover, with Sarah Hinteregger/Laura Rieger and Tatjana Puškina/Kato Luka De Meersman, two additional Austrian teams have made it to the main stage of the women’s competition. 

In the men’s event, Tomas Pala/Ondrej Sotola (CZE), Jan Bercik/Jindrich Zavadil (CZE) as well as Boldizsar Borbély/Lukas Niemeier (HUN) and the Austrian team Thomas Kunert/Matthias Mostböck have progressed to the Main Draw.
