Türkiye wins First Two Women's Snow European Tours of the Season

After winning the first CEV Snow Volleyball European Tour of the season just a week ago in Bakuriani Georgia, Türkiye managed another win, this time on home soil, in Erzurum to make it two out of two on the women's circuit. On the men's side, Italy edged out Poland in the Bakuriani Final to take first place, while France defeated also a team from Poland in the Erzurum Final for a much deserved win.
Last week in Bakuriani, the place were the first ever U20 European Snow Championship took place only a few weeks ago, the men's podium was completed by Georgia, giving the home crowd something to cheer about after overcoming France in the battle for third place. On the women's side, it was Georgia once again that claimed third place, defeating Hungary in that match.
In Erzurum, Türkiye defeated Italy in the third place match to complete the men's podium, while on the women's side, the "outsider" was the team from Romania, making its way to the Final, edging out three other teams from Türkiye to take second place.
