The joint venture between the two employment agencies will support the Italian stages of the CEV Enel EuroVolley 2026 Men due to take place in Napoli, Modena, Torino, and Milano through initiatives focused on recruitment, career guidance, and bringing people and businesses together.

UP Lavoro and e-work announce a joint venture with the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) that will see them join forces as Official Recruitment Partner of CEV Enel EuroVolley 2026 Men in Italy. The agreement brings together the expertise, local presence, and project capabilities of two Italian HR companies, with the aim of nurturing talent and creating tangible opportunities for candidates, professionals, and businesses to connect.

The partnership is built on values shared by the world of work and high-performance sport such as preparation, responsibility, inclusion, teamwork, and a genuine focus on people. Throughout the competition, UP Lavoro and e-work will establish a coordinated presence across the Italian venues and their activation areas, thus combining institutional communication, audience engagement, and talent acquisition initiatives.

The CEV Enel EuroVolley 2026 Men will bring together 24 national teams and feature 76 matches across Italy, Bulgaria, Finland, and Romania. Italy will host a total of 25 matches: the Opening Match in Napoli, Pool A in Modena, the eighth-finals and quarterfinals in Torino, and the semi-finals and medal matches in Milano.

Across the four host cities, the joint venture will bring the HR sector into one of Europe’s leading sporting events. The initiatives will present career opportunities, collect applications and CVs, provide career guidance, and introduce visitors to employment services through accessible, engaging activities designed specifically for the sporting environment.

With excitement building across Italy and Europe ahead of the CEV Enel EuroVolley 2026 Men, we are proud to welcome UP Lavoro and e-work as partners. Their involvement also reflects the crucial role that people and human resources play in delivering a world-class sporting event.”

Alex Bacchilega, Founder of UP Lavoro, said: “We are proud to stand alongside CEV at one of the most important sporting events of 2026. Our collaboration with e-work enables us to bring together expertise, people, and local presence, thus turning every Italian stage into a genuine opportunity for talent and businesses to connect. Sport reminds us that the best results come from preparation, commitment, and the ability to work together - the same principles that guide UP Lavoro every day.”

Paolo Ferrario, CEO of e-work, added: “This partnership offers us the opportunity to bring the world of work into a setting that engages people, regions, and communities. Together with UP Lavoro, we aim to nurture talent, create new professional connections, and help promote an inclusive, growth-oriented culture of work. Volleyball embodies teamwork, adaptability, and shared responsibility - skills that are equally essential in responding to the evolution of the labour market.”

Husnein Nasir, Marketing Manager & Strategic Development at UP Holding, commented: “CEV Enel EuroVolley 2026 is an extraordinary opportunity to communicate who we are through the energy of a sport capable of bringing people, cities, and generations together. Our collaboration with e-work stems from a shared vision and a desire to jointly give voice to principles in which both organisations believe. EuroVolley will be the ideal setting in which to express that vision with authenticity and consistency, while respecting our individual identities and building a shared narrative that is distinctive and credible.”

The partnership will accompany the entire Italian journey of the competition, creating a consistent narrative across on-site presence, audience activations, and digital communication. UP Lavoro and e-work will progressively unveil the programme of initiatives planned across the four host cities.
