Cervia Futures postponed until further notice

The CEV and the local organisers of the VW Beach Pro Tour Futures originally due to take place in Cervia this week have agreed upon postponing the event until further notice.

Earlier this week, the two parties had convened to delay the start of the competition from Thursday to Friday. However, under the current challenging circumstances across the region of Emilia Romagna, which has experienced unprecedented flooding resulting in the death of as many as 13 people, it has been agreed not to press ahead with the delivery of the tournament. The CEV and the Italian Volleyball Federation wish to express their full solidarity with all those affected by such inclement weather.
