Kadri Puri – Where love knows no obstacle
News
The story of Kadri Puri is living proof that when you truly want something, when you love it with all your heart, no obstacle is too big to overcome.
This year, the Estonian Beach Volleyball player representing the Spanish club CV Majadahonda became an example of determination, travelling all the way to Greece to compete in the Beach Volley European Cup 2025 Final in Heraklion, Crete. But she did not come alone. She arrived with her daughter, who proudly stood by her side as her biggest fan.
Her young daughter was not just watching from the stands. She was cheering, smiling, and living every moment with her mother. In every rally and every game, her presence reminded everyone that love and family support can be the greatest source of strength for an athlete.
For Kadri, this trip was not just about competition, it was about living her values. To keep going, to fight, to follow your dreams even when circumstances are far from easy.
In Heraklion, she stood out not only for her skill and composure on the sand but also for the genuine connection she shared with those around her. And above all, for the beautiful bond she shared with her daughter, who embodied the joy and innocence that make sport so pure.
The image of Kadri Puri embracing her daughter after every match – under the Cretan sun and the sound of applause – was perhaps the most beautiful victory of all.
Not the kind measured in points or medals, but the kind that reminds us that sport is all about love and inspiration.
