After three intense sets, qualifiers Ariana Rudkovskaja and Skalve Krizanauskaite completed an incredible campaign in Warsaw by taking down compatriots Ieva Vasiliauskaite and Erika Kliokmanaite 2-1 (15-21, 26-24, 15-10) to secure the title.
