Scottish Volleyball is excited to confirm that this week Scotland is hosting the Small Countries Association (SCA) Edinburgh 2021 International Beach Volleyball event at Liberton High School in Edinburgh.

The courts at Liberton High School will be playing host to the SCA event coming up this weekend in Edinburgh

The event will be running from June 4-6, 2021, with participation of teams from a number of European countries, such as Monaco, Northern Ireland, Iceland, and Austria. With the help of a number of partners such as Edinburgh Council, Sport Scotland, CEV, Edinburgh Beach Volleyball Club and Event Scotland, this event will be the first international Beach Volleyball competition held in Scotland since August 2019.

Teams will be using this event to gain important seeding points in the run up to the 2022 Commonwealth Games Qualifiers, which are due to take place in Edinburgh this coming September.

In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, no spectators will be able to follow the competition at the venue. However, live streaming of all matches will be available on Scottish Volleyball’s Facebook page.
