This past May 29, the Pro League 2025/2026, i.e. the men’s volleyball championship of Armenia which had started in September 2025, ended in Yerevan. Six teams competed in the main stage of the league, which included three rounds, after which only the four best teams advanced to the play-off stage. The league matches were held in two cities, and the play-off phase was contested solely in Yerevan.
The two decisive matches were held on the final day of the Pro League. In the final match, Team FIMA needed to take at least two sets against the Nor-Nork team in order to win the league title. The Nor-Nork athletes fought worthily and only lost with the score of 2-3. As a result, Team FIMA finished the competition on a tally of 29 points and was crowned as the men’s national champions for 2025/2026. Team Nor-Nork secured 25 points, enough for the silver medals and Gyumri completed the podium with bronze on a tally of 14 points.
The best players of the Pro League 2025/2026 were awarded special prizes, and the coveted Most Valuable Player (MVP) award went to Firdusi Kesoyan of Team Nor-Nork.
The top three teams received medals, trophies, and financial support from the Volleyball Federation of Armenia.
