VC Strumica 47&72 and VC Janta Volej KV crowned Macedonian champions

VC Strumica 47&72 and VC Janta Volej KV recently crowned themselves as the winners of the Macedonian national league for men and women, respectively. 

VC Strumica 47&72 have further extended their reign and supremacy in domestic competitions, with an eighth championship title in a row – which accounts for the 12th such triumph in their history. In the final series, VC Strumica defeated the team of Shtip UGD 3-1 in a tense and rather uncertain round of matches.

In the women’s competition, VC Janta Volej KV emerged as the 2025 champions. The team from Kisela Voda ended the three-year domination of VC Rabotnicki Skopje with a perfect score, and a third straight victory in the final series to celebrate a fourth championship title in the club’s history. After failing to secure the National Cup earlier this season, the players of Janta Volej KV were able to crown the year in which they celebrate 20 years since the establishment of their club with a major and very prestigious achievement.
