Sweden dominates Faroe Islands in straight sets

On Saturday, Sweden cruised to a commanding 3-0 victory over the Faroe Islands in the CEV Men’s European Silver League 2025, winning 25-17, 25-15, 25-13. Sweden controlled the match from start to finish with strong serving and efficient attacks, while the Faroe Islands struggled to keep pace. Axel Enlund and Jacob Link led Sweden’s scoring in a confident team performance with seven points apiece. 

Sweden tops the standings of the competition with three wins in as many matches and maximum nine points, and they are yet to concede a single set to their opponents. On Sunday, the tournament in Kópavogur will come to an end with the matchup between Sweden and hosts Iceland.
