Türkiye and Italy to play for the CEV EuroVolley U20 Women's Crown

Big day in Bulgaria as the top four nations of the competition, the CEV EuroVolley U20 Women, entered the court for the semi-finals of the tournament.
In the first match of the day, Türkiye went head to head with Poland, two teams with incredible record in the Final stage, with Türkiye still unbeaten and Poland only suffering one defeat, against Italy.
It was Türkiye that started the match stronger, establishing their dominance in the first set and not allowing their opponent to reach the 15 point mark. Poland fought back in the second set, narrowly winning it, but it was all about Türkiye from then on. Spearheaded by Beren Yesilirmak ith 24 points on the day, Türkiye secured their spot in the Final with a win in four sets.
Score: Turkiye vs Poland 3-1 (25-14, 22-25, 25-17, 25-18)
It's not all over for Poland as they need to dust themselves off and pick themselves up for tomorrow's Bronze Medal match against Belgium.
In the second semi-final, Belgium seemed to be the more dominant team on the day, all the way until the latter part of the second set, when Italy started fighting back, winning the set and getting themselves back into contention for the Final. The third set was a continuation of the previous one, with Italy's players dominating the play time after time.
The fourth set was about Belgium managing to level the playing field and go spike for spike with Italy, pushing them all the way. It was not enough however and Italy makes it into the Final where they will face Türkiye, while Belgium will face Poland for the Bronze.
