This past weekend coincided with a real milestone for Norwegian Beach Volleyball, as the very first National Club Championship was hosted at Flint Arena in Tønsberg. The new and exciting format brought clubs into the spotlight, with each team competing with four up to six players, thereby leaving the door open for tactical substitutions and exciting Golden Set deciders.

Oslo SVB triumphed in the inaugural women's competition

With the successful debut of the club championship, the Norwegian Volleyball Federation (NVBF) is already looking forward to expanding the format in the years to come. In the meantime, the winners – Kristiansand VK and Oslo SVB – have secured the right to represent Norway in the preliminary phase of the CEV Beach Volley European Cup 2025.
