Joanna Woloswz has been at the heart of Prosecco DOC Imoco Conegliano's incredible success and will continue to do so for at least another season. The Polish setter and club captain, affectionately known as "Asia," will don the yellow and blue jersey for a ninth consecutive season — a testament not just to her brilliance on the court, but to the bond she has forged with the club, the city, and its passionate fans.
Wolosz arrived in 2017 from Chemik Police, handpicked by then-new head coach Daniele Santarelli to orchestrate his ambitious vision for Imoco Volley. That partnership would go on to define an era. Over the next eight seasons, Wolosz became the heartbeat of a team that rewrote Italian and international volleyball history.
With 26 trophies to her name in Conegliano — including 7 Italian Championships, 6 Coppa Italia titles, 7 Super Cups, 3 Champions League crowns, and 3 Club World Championships — Wolosz has been a central figure in turning Imoco into a volleyball powerhouse.
She currently ranks second in club history for appearances (362 matches), behind only the iconic Monica De Gennaro, and leads key statistical categories such as total serves (4,775).
