Big Clash in Poland, Fight For The Second Place in Italy

This weekend, the top two teams of Poland will take the court against each other, while Vero Volley Milano and Volero Le Cannet will hold important matches to improve their place in the charts.

In the most anticipated clash of the weekend, two CEV Champions League Volley playoffers, Developres Rzeszow and LKS Commercecon Lodz, will face off. They are currently standing in the top two places in the domestic league.

Both of them lost their first match in the #CLVolleyW playoffs; therefore, this fight will be a good opportunity for them to show their strength again and maintain their top places.

Another battle that concerns the podium will occur in Italy: The quarterfinalist of the CEV Champions League Volley, Vero Volley Milano, will meet CEV Cup squad Savino Del Bene Scandicci in the 20th round of the Italian Serie A1 Women.

Each team has received 15 victories in 19 matches, and Scandicci is in the vice-leader position with three more points. Thus, if the Milano side take a clear win, they will rise up to the second place.

The winner of the first playoff match over Rzeszow, Volero Le Cannet, will visit TFOC in the 21st leg of the Ligue A1 Women.

Things are going the best way for Le Cannet in the #CLVolleyW; however, this is different for the domestic league. They are in the sixth position with 13 wins in 20 matches. They are now seeking to close the gap among the other teams, and this match might be a good starting point.

After being defeated in the first playoff clashes, Polish teams will put great effort on the court in the weekend's biggest match. Similarly, Milano and Scandicci will fight hard for the vice-leader position in Italy, and the main goal for Le Cannet will be to start closing the gap.
