Among many other guests and supporters, the Fenerbahçe Board Member responsible for Volleyball, Simla Türker Bayazıt followed the match from the stands of the Burhan Felek Volleyball Hall. Fenerbahçe HDI started the match with a starting six including Kaan Gürbüz, Alexandre Ferreira, Yacine Louati, Arda Bostan, Vahit Emre Savaş, Ahmet Tümer supported by liberos Hasan Yeşilbudak and Burak Mert. The home favourites claimed the opening set by 25-22.
