PlusLiga leaders ready to fight in CEV Challenge Cup

Projekt WARSZAWA has enjoyed a brilliant start to their season in the Polish PlusLiga as they have not lost a single match after completion of five rounds. Now the players of the club from Poland’s capital city are preparing for the European Cups. They are due to play Calcit KAMNIK - runners-up from the last edition of the Slovenian national league, who defeated Norway’s Viking TIF BERGEN in the previous round of the CEV Challenge Cup.

The first match will be played in Slovenia, and more specifically in Kamnik. This match is scheduled for November 22, and fans will learn the result of the first matchup, which may have a significant impact on the rematch taking place a week later in Poland. The capital of Poland - Warsaw, known for such tourist attractions such as the Royal Castle or the Royal Łazienki Park, will welcome the rematch in the largest available hall in town – COS Torwar, which can accommodate almost 5,000 fans. 
  
Projekt WARSZAWA has started the PlusLiga season brilliantly, registering maximum 15 points after the first five rounds. The team led by coach Piotr Graban defeated inter alia Asseco Resovia RZESZOW and Cuprum LUBIN in the process. How will it present itself on the European stage? We will find out later this month.
