Twenty-nine years old, born on November 29, 1994, and originally from Henan province in China, Zhu Ting is one of the greatest volleyball players in the world. For the past decade, she has been a prominent figure on the most prestigious stages, both with the Chinese National Team (Olympic Champion in 2016, a bronze and a silver at the World Championships in 2018 and 2014, two World Cups, and one Asian Championship) and with top clubs.

She played for Vakifbank Istanbul from 2016 to 2019, winning two Champions Leagues, two Club World Championships, one Turkish League, one Turkish Cup, and one Super Cup. In the last two seasons, she played in Italy with Savino Del Bene Scandicci, where she won a CEV Cup and this year competed for the championship against Prosecco DOC Imoco Volley in an exciting final.

"Zhuper" is her nickname, a combination of her last name "Zhu" and the adjective "Super." Her status as an absolute top player is evidenced by the extensive list of individual accolades, including MVP titles at the Rio Olympics in 2016, the Champions League in 2017, the Club World Championship in 2018, and twice at the World Cup.

Her experience, talent, and physical prowess make her a formidable attacker who will enhance the roster available to coach Daniele Santarelli for the upcoming season with her illustrious pedigree and great motivation. She is the first Chinese player in the history of Prosecco DOC Imoco Volley and will play with the number 4.
