WWK Volleys HERRSCHING breaks new ground for European Volleyball with introduction of ASB Glassfloor

In addition to securing a very important victory in the 16th Finals of the men’s CEV Challenge Cup 2025, WWK Volleys HERRSCHING broke new ground in European Volleyball earlier this week by delivering their home match against Cisneros Alter TENERIFE in a style unseen so far. The match at BMW Park Arena was contested on the new ASB Glassfloor and left teams, officials and fans in awe. 

Installed during the summer, the new floor uses LED technology in a 6’656 by 3’744 matrix, which is about 12 times the resolution of a full HD screen. The possibilities in sports (BMW Park does not only host Volleyball) disclosed by the introduction of this new technology are endless and some of them not even thought about just yet. In close cooperation with their sponsors, WWK Volleys HERRSCHING want to use this innovative tool and technology to market and promote Volleyball in a new, unprecedented way, thereby elevating the sport to unprecedented heights.
