The 2025 Women’s Small Countries Association (SCA) Volleyball Championship concluded on Sunday, June 29, after a thrilling weekend of competition at the Sport Ireland Campus in Dublin. The three-day tournament brought together top teams from across Europe’s small nations, delivering elite-level Volleyball and showcasing the sport's growing talent base.
In a commanding performance, Scotland emerged as champions, defeating all opponents across the round-robin format to secure the gold medal. San Marino took silver, while hosts Ireland delighted the home crowd with a bronze-medal finish.
Scotland kicked off their campaign with a 3-0 victory over Iceland and never looked back. They edged Ireland 3-1 to secure gold. San Marino proved to be a surprise package, narrowly edging Ireland in a decisive match for silver. Ireland saved three match points to win an opening-day thriller with a young Iceland. The tournament featured several standout performances from rising stars across Europe.
