    Being extremely willing to earn their first victory in this edition of the #CLVolleyM, both teams entered the court fully motivated, however they were not able to avoid mistakes. The opening part started with a point-by-point race. In the middle of the set VfB FRIEDRICHSHAFEN jumped to the leading which they kept till the end of the set. Jakub Janouch who came in as an substitution on the visitors side served two aces, but the leading role has Nikola Gjorgiev and Rares Balean. The hosts being supported by the local crowd, tried their best, but they were unable to find a way to stop their opponents. In the second set Martti Jukhami of VfB FRIEDRICHSHAFEN tallied impressive 7 points, having 55% success in attack.

    The last part of this clash delivered the most spectacular rallies, Vojvodina NS Seme NOVI SAD and VfB FRIEDRICHSHAFEN spare no efforts trying to keep the ball in play, but even if the home side managed to save two match points in impressive style it was the German side celebrating their first win this season. Nikola Gjorgiev tallied match high 18 points, but it was Rares Balean being honoured with MVP award (13 points).
