We're only a few days away from finding out the complete lineup for the CEV EuroVolley 2026 Women. In the meantime we can already spotlight the five nations that have mathematically qualified for next year's tournament following last night's results.

In Pool A, Germany dismissed Switzerland in straight sets to secure first spot. the last remaining match will see Switzerland host Finland on Sunday to settle who will finish the qualifying campaign in second place and enter the calculations for a spot among the best second seeded teams.

In Pool B, Belgium ended their campaign by defeating Hungary and claiming their spot at EuroVolley 2026. In the last pool match this Sunday, second place Hungary will host Denmark and try to secure all points and a great chance at being the second team from the pool to qualify to the final tournament.

In Pool C, a dominant Slovenia made easy work of Israel with a straight sets win to conclude their qualifying campaign with a perfect record. The final match of the pool will take place this Saturday, a win from Estonia might eliminate both teams from the qualification race, while a win from Israel will see them end the campaign on 6 points and have a real chance at going through.

In Pool D, things are yet to be clear. While Bosnia & Herzegovina has ended its campaign and is sure of being eliminated, Montenegro and Latvia will face each other in the last match to decide who will gain automatic qualification and who will have to hope they will be in the mix for the 5 remaining spots. Both teams chances are looking great however and they might just celebrate together at the end of their matchup on Sunday.

In Pool E, Spain's win last night against Portugal secured their own almost perfect qualification record and a spot at EuroVolley 2026. As for Portugal, they will be hopeful that a win against Georgia over the weekend will be enough to secure their own place in next year's tournament.

In Pool F, Greece became the second team of the qualifiers to finish their campaign with a perfect record following their win against Austria last night. Despite losing, Austria will now host North Macedonia on home court, the situation being very similar to that in Pool C. An Austrian win will give them a great chance at qualifying, while a North Macedonian win will most likely result in both teams being eliminated.

Lastly, the battle in Pool G between Romania and Croatia, two teams we have become accustomed to seeing at EuroVolley tournaments, has been extremely exciting. While Romania's campaign has ended and they sit at the top of the pool, that can change on Saturday when Croatia hosts Kosovo. A win and they will take the qualification spot as pool winners away from Romania. However, both teams seem to be guaranteed to go through given their statistics compared to second placed teams from the other pools.

One more round to go before we can present you with the full 24 teams lineup for the CEV EuroVolley 2026. Tune in to EuropVolley.TV this weekend to watch it all unfold and subscribe to the European Volleyball YouTube channel for all the highlights.
